Does the catering cost include the facility rental?

No. The facility cost is a separate fee. Our coordinators will discuss the fees for each facility that you are considering as a host for your event .

What is the average cost per person of a typical event?

A reception can range in price, because so many details are involved. Establish a budget then let our staff help you decide the type of event your budget will afford.

How far in advance does the final number of people attending need to be given?

The final count is usually required when the final payment is due. Your event coordinator will explain these details with you personally. There are some items that a client might want to provide such as alcohol, wedding cakes and decorations.

Will they be able to provide them?

A client can bring anything they wish to include after all this is your event and we want your event to be memorable. Clients typically ask us to handle all the details of their event because of the relationship we have with some of the best vendors in this business. Our coordinators will discuss all your available options.

Does J & J Catering offer taste samples of menu items?

For large events J & J Catering will prepare test samples to insure that the items are everything you expect them to be prior to the event. We suggest that clients come see other event set-ups prior to the date of their own function.

Can J & J Catering create custom items for an event?

Absolutely! Our catering menus can be altered or substituted with equivalent foods. J & J Catering will always work with you to make your event special.
